CHALLENGE

Reformation

The main goal in creating the product was to transform the knowledge hub aellow into a widget management application with minimal time commitment for both designer and developers. At the same time, the interface had to remain user-friendly.

Thus, I decided to keep the ready-made structure of aellow and add a new functional block.

DESIGN

Widget

A distinctive feature of the cosmosup widget is the ability to customise the widget for different websites. So I designed the default widget in black and white to fit all websites and added a colour wheel to allow for customisation.

The main goal of onboarding is to learn as much as possible about the user and provide them with a value proposition based on that information.

Also, to give the user a sense

of security for their data, I've added

a warning about the need to grant access to device data with

an explanation,

RESULTS

Release

The simple and logical structure of the widget interface allowed users to quickly find the information they needed, minimising cognitive load. This contributed to a 25% increase in conversions: more users complete their enquiries without leaving the widget

Suggestion buttons allowed users to instantly jump to popular queries. This reduced the time spent searching for information by 50% and increased interaction satisfaction.

Reduce support workload by 40%: with intuitive interface elements such as quick buttons and tooltips, users find answers on their own.

The analytics and personalisation screens developed for the app allowed users to effectively customise the product to their needs, which boosted ratings

in early reviews.
